Nice hard one to start the week...13:30 and feeling it.

Keeping up with Buzzard and Tom is hard enough but Scott decided to join us this morning to kick up the competition!

This was a tough work out! Thank god I was able to just sit there for a little bit afterward. 14 minutes even. It was great to see Scott this morning, another great athlete to try to keep up with. Newley ya missed out this morning.

Tough workout. I really started to slow on the dips as the thing progressed. Ended up with a 17:25, but did every last rep and managed to avoid the bands. Although I probably didn't use the bands because I never have and didn't want to take the time to figure them out.

Packed house at the 6pm class. A ton of people, but I never once had to wait on anything. Great job by everyone. Some really amazing times, but I don't think the afternoon bunch blog comments as much as the morning crew so we probably won't see their times.
