Today really worked the gas tank. I think I finished around 17:15. Great job from Chase doing whatever it took to finish!

Great job yesterday Raif.

Much tougher than it looks...perfect balance between killing you and leaving just enough to get to the next movement.

Really tough one today, was just trying to keep up with Scott and Chuck. 16:57 I think. Newley, where ya at?!

Chase, at least you didn't quit you just ran out of time! Way to keep pushin.

Newley is trying to stay in the Zone while enjoying Vegas. We should have told him to do 10 burpees every time he busted at Blackjack! I think he said he'd be in Friday.

WOW. Kudos to who came up with this one!! It really used up my whole tank. Might be one of the hardest WOD I've done since starting! Sharon

19:20 I think...I've slept since then. Followed this lovely WOD up with appx 12 hours of popcorn ceiling scraping. I hurt and I happy.
