Skill work today, really need it.
5 rounds, no time.
2 muscle ups
15 GHD sit ups
5 HSPU (on 45# bumpers)

Also worked Skin the cats and front levers(?). Found out that the extra 4"-5" on the bumpers make the HSPU's much tougher.
