Fri's hurt me too Cas! Sat well notsomuch as I ran a wee lil two miler very slowly.

Great work at the 11:30 class and all of the ladies hit big numbers, Good job Candice, Kristen and Alexis. I think each hit multiple pr's.

Today was a bad day for me and it frustrated the heck outta me.

PR'd my CFT, but no improvement in my BS and Press, and I did worse on my DL than usual.

205/90/290 = 585 CFT
Just didn't feel good today with each lift...and that DL was more heavy to me than it was the last time I did 300 lbs. Next time...

Yes, the 11:30 class did great YES YOU Candice :-) don't ever be disappointed. And Scott... 925# GEEZ almost a half a ton! So proud of you. Kristen with amazing weight as always (esp press!). This was a fun one. I'm putting that in writing so I remember it tomorrow when I'm hurting everywhere

some big pr's today on the total. you guys did great. big congrats to alfredo with an 1175!! 455 bs 205 press 515 dl.

Good job everyone!!!! Decided to skip today, due to the heavy lifting and my back.. Did 10 laps swimming all out with 15 seconds rest in between.. Back in action 2mrw!!!

Should have stayed home today. Still wicked sore from fri and sat and it did not work out like I hoped. Still fun to watch others get pr's. That Fredo is a mule! bs 375 which was a pr but expected to do more. Pressed 200 which was 10 off my pr then shut it down with a super tight hammy.

You know the weight is getting big when your duct taping stuff on the bar. Nice job Fredo! Heard some girl DL'd 315... Candice - your making me look weak! Stop it! ;-)

PR's my squat - 265 up 40lbs and deadlift - 365. Press sucked but I will take the 775, a 70lb increase.

Parker...I def did not DL 315, haha! That is a goal though! 300 is my best ever and I couldn't get that during the CFT.

Wow...I am still in awe of Alfredo!
