Did my first fast running with the Vibram Five Fingers today. A little tentative on the first few 200's, but was able to hit my stride towards the end. The isometric holds at the end of the workout were a challenge. Travis, congrats on spanking "Nancy" yesterday.

4:30 class rocked that wod!! (I was the only one there lol) I rowed 250m instead of running - the holds were brutal after! I also did tabata squats yesterday and my legs were angry!

I thought the citizens of Como opened fire on me when the bullet struck my right butt cheek. Turns out it was a ham string. Never had this one before so I have to ask; How do you sit on a toilet with an F'd up hiney?
