Rxd 7 rounds plus 3 cleans and 5 pull ups. Little help to everyone else, make sure you do 2 rounds of Cindy before the cleans. The first round I only did 1 and then did the cleans and that really sucked. Tabata situps with 25# post WOD (fun times).

Candice rules! And she will rule Regionals. 20 minutes feels like a long time today. 8 rounds and some change. On a better note, the HSPU are getting easier.

did todays wod rx'd - got 6 rounds and 1 clean, steve rocked it out this morn! decided i need to work on my running so ran 400m after the wod - it was terrible, i hate running! guess thats why im bad at it. new goal is to run at least 400m after every wod (unless there is running in it) lets see how it goes :/

Did the WOD today with 115#. 6 rounds and some change. Would have been a lot more but had to stop on the pull ups (again because of ripping) and do false grip pull ups on the rings. I'm too short for the rings so I had to grab plates to stack during the WOD. No bueno.

Everyone give Josh and Ryan a big high five...I am bragging for both of them. Josh got his first muscle up today and fooled us all because it looked so natural (he didn't say it was his first until after doing a second muscle up, haha!) and Ryan, the lil' bada$$...he can now do STRICT muscle ups!! I am jealous!!

Before sectionals I ran into several Cfitters who were headed to the competition. I briefly told them about you and that you would probably do pretty well. I left it up to them to make their own conclusion. It was hilarious fielding all their "WTF" questions when they got back. You made quite the impression.

Nice job by Grif today who almost beat me and had me giving it all I had. He also did 8 and some change.

Well CandiceI am just hanging out,relaxing, and blog stalking all of you guys at GSX.

I tend to shift gears a lot when it comes to fitness. Last month I finished up my ultra running season so I am probably going to concentrate on speed and muscle building the next 4 months or so.

Hopefully I can work my schedule to include some GSX time again. I work out at the downtown YMCA a lot (close to work) and see all the crossfit classes going on, but it wouldn't be the same without you guys.

Hiya JBalls...you need to come to Twisted Ankle one year. I'm headed there in May tho I haven't trained...just going to hike it, drink beer, etc etc. I let my house consume me this year but my friend mentioned training for Rockledge or something in November(Grapevine) so...mebbe I get off my runnin' tush.
