Jason, don't die and breath! lol...seriously though I felt I could "catch my breath" during the KNEs and PUs. I almost loaded up 135 but decided on 115 and boy was that the right decision!
Chuck set the standard so used the 115# but seemed to struggle a little on the clean part as well...I can't seem to let the bar rest on the front shoulders during the squat part of the clean to prevent fatigue...need to work on these.

need to work on that clean part of a clean and jerk! Elbows way to in close to the body.
How was the work out Chuck? Any advice? Other than dont die and breathe...LOL
