Burpees - Ugh.

28:59 I remember todays time because he said something like, "Almost 29 and you look like a big pile of crap flopping to the floor...." Ok he didn't real say all that...I think it was this weekends overeating talking to me.

We pretty much had to stop going on the same days because we would get so competitive with out times. Yeh but lets see her do the Bear complex or Grace.
