Ooohhh...that work out looks good too. I wonder if I could do both with decent times. Have not ever done handstand push ups though.

Proceed with caution, Grasshopper. Learn the HSPU progressions before jumping right into a WOD. One WOD a day does a body good. Any more than that may lead you to the dark side...

Ok, so maybe GSX is right...handstand pushups are pretty tough when you have never done them. Worked on them for a bit and they are getting better, not good yet but better.
