WOD as rx'd: 7:53 I think. I really need to write the time down or something, I can hardly keep track of what rep or round I am on let alone my time for a couple hours to record it later. My legs still dont seem to want to work right. Great job this morning everyone!!! I think that my time was a bit faster thanks to working with Chuck.
Those times are impressive as anything I've seen. As prescribed 225 DL's, box jumps and 20# wallballs: 10:35. You people are animals I really need to up my intensity.
I considered 275# but really wanted to split the difference between 225 and 275 so I could attempt to keep my time sub 10 minutes. I also did power cleans prior to this.
Mo, I would totally ruin the 6am vibe. Sounds like you guys have lots of fun and I am just too darn grumpy at that hour. Kudos to you all who can move at that time of day!

Goood Morning! 9:15. Heartrate up....wayyyyyy up. Thank you Sirs.
Moving a little slow after the 5#'s of super bowl food yesterday. As rx'd 8:27.

No doubt rotating stations with Buzzard and Newly kept me from taking much needed breathers. I was always worried they were going to catch me!
Great work everyone. Especially for the Monday morning after the Superbowl!
7:57 w/ 115lb DL.
That's a great time Mike. I did GSX WOD today. 257# DL, 24" Box, 20# ball - 9:41. Talk about firing up the posterior chain a little.
I'm dead after this cycle, Kelly took more out of me thank I would have guessed.
Glad you liked the workout, and went heavy. Jumping after the DL's was the unique stressor to this one.

Mike........it looks like you did fight a bear.....either at GSX or Angelos??!!

Awesome job Kristy! Sure you don't wanna come in at 6am and kick me in the tush?
8:25 chasing Buz and Chuck
Newley
Raif in sub 6 minutes using 275# deads.
Raif I knew you would kill that. Awesome job!!

Thanks Jas,
I probably need to not cherry-pick workouts like that and do more that aren't to my strengths but I just couldn't help it on this one
