Ken - Took your advice, changed up my running. Ran the 400M x 4 w/2min. break today. Tough! I enjoyed the 2 min. break, but it felt like someone poured cement into my quads when I started to run that 2nd 400M. Track was really windy, ended up with 1:34, 1:31, 1:32 and 1:33. Not sure what decent starting times would be... Thanks for the advice, it really shocked my legs!
Ali, I am no Ken C. but to me those times are awesome for a 400 meter run, especially consistantly. I would label them great for a man or a woman. Raif, can you keep up?????
Hi Guys, Thanks for the positive feedback! I just did the run to switch up my jogging, I didn't lift any weight/presses. Unfortunately Raif beats me handily at all this Crossfit stuff, but it's fun trying to keep up with him...
