uh..19 minutes. I think I need to learn how to do the double unders. my rope should be here soon. Buzzard be sure to anchor your feet with dumbells. with anchored feet and your skills with the double unders you will smoke this.

Sit ups really slowed me down today, guess that is something else that needs more work. Crushed my previous PR though (10 something) and that is always nice. Great job on your DL's today Ava!
