Mike it was great to work out with ya this morning. I dont remember what all the sets were, did one rep at about 275# I think and it felt funny so I kept it a little lighter. Last set was at 264#(?) and it felt pretty good. Used the new lifting shoes for the first time on heavy squats, for those of you that dont have them, get them!
can we burn that pic of me or get one without my eyes about to pop out! Tough WOD! Evidently my core isn't as strong as it needs to be, had spaghetti back on those squats! Mo, you rock on these..couldn't get close to your weight today! Sharon

I think we all had our "Oh S^%t!" moments on this one today...good times. Chuck, keep working on your double unders after every WOD.
Double Unders, kipping Pull ups, hand stand push ups...Don't worry Mike, I have plenty to work on...and will.

Big John was throwing up 275 like it was warm up weight. Great job and great to have Mike join the crew.

Will the Crossfit gym be open at all during Spring Break? I know tumbling, etc. is closed, just wondering...
Gym will be closed Mon-Friday for Spring Break. We will have all normal CF Classes Mon-Wed.
