I've never done a workout with HSPUs.....and still haven't. DL 225#, Press #95...12:54.

Add HSPUs to the list of things to work on.

Usually on Tuesday and Thursday I get there between 315-345 and stay until 5 or a little after. Anytime....

Beer and jump rope...that doesnt sound like a good combo, funny, but not good.

Diane as rx'd: 9:05. Could have been a little faster had I been able to kick into a handstand every attempt. Somewhat pleased with the first time though, think this may be my new favorite girl. Ava, thanks again for timing me today.

It must be a curse to be member of the day because hspu's are apparently raifkillers. Diane = 1 minute of deadlifts and 24 minutes of getting through hspu's total time 25:09 SUCK!

that one was intense: 11:36 with a light band for the hspu and josh helping me not fall over.
