great workout in it's evil simplicity. did this one at the games (3:47) after the god awful hill sprint. layed on the mat afterward paralyzed by lactic acid. then the judge said, "sir you have to leave now. the next heat is coming in." and i still had fran to look forward to that day. chose the worst possible order. i blame andy for that.
I wish I would have been able to do this one, I have been looking at it for a while and waiting. Back still really sore from Wednesday. Did Karen this morning, 8:21. It is always good when you see one of the girls, especially first thing in the morning.
Ken, that time is awesome! When I grow up I want to be just like you!
Awesome job Scott!!! Did you get tired or did you mess up? I messed up on mine, was pretty tired but could have squeaked out 4 more had I not messed up.

My back was still smoked from Manton's insanity so came in and worked 7x3 presses and dead hang pull-ups.
Also attempted to catch up to Jason on the Double Unders.....missed it by 1. New pr at 95.
