Thanks Josh, really appreciate this workout the day of tumbling class. Also thanks to Chris for being sure tumbling class included plenty of leg work to warm us up (or maybe it just seemed like a lot to me). You guys are either going to kill me or get me in some kick butt shape.
I am at home still feeling this workout. My legs are toast! I made a push for the record of the day, but came up just short. Although I am not sure if my last set really counted considering I collapsed after every squat. It was more like a squat burpee cluster. Josh,Chase,Chris and Steve got a good laugh out of it though so it was worth it. This is going to be interesting getting out of bed tomorrow......

Did some deadlifts today for my skill day. 365# felt pretty good, failed at 393#. Still hoping to get up over 400#.
NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I will figure it out tomorrow by how people are walking...
