This one hurt a little...really struggled through the presses and ring dips. I tried to get a swig of water from my water bottle during round 3 and it caused an immediate gag reflex! Done in 19:46.

Everyone worked it hard this morning. Way to finish strong Bob!

What an ass whoop'n!!! After 3 attempt's I was able to get the last PP up. I am going to sound cliche a say, "What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger". This one is for Bob..."I WILL NEVER ACCEPT DEFEAT, I WILL NEVER QUIT. Great job this morn'n.

A little hot at 4.30 for the burpees so we subbed push ups instead...15.52 w/135 lb..cass and raif beat the heat to at 15 and some change and i think raif said 10 flat..
