There were some solid times posted by the 0600 and 0830 crews, nice work!
4:30 was beastly and 6:00 was real good too. good job guys.
Great warm up and stretch afterwards. Learned snatch progression for first time and now think it may be possible to do them without injury.I was really gunning for Chris L.'s time but fell well short. Chris killed it! My time was 9:09.
Burpees and Thrusters are a nasty combination. 10:51 and layed out on the mat afterward. Steve thanks for timing and encouraging me.
Was just trying to keep up with Raif on this one, didn't work out so well. 10:31.

A week off helped my finger heal but my lungs suffered...14:28...yuck

Had trouble with the pull ups. I really need to learn how to control my kip. Tore on my 1st round, so had to wear gloves (tough to grip) for the other rounds. 13:04 at 55#. Goal is to hit 65# soon!
