This months Time magazine had an article about how people who work out tend to overeat and counteract their workout. I'm a hardgainer and don't have that problem (I think I could eat a cow and not gain) I'm curious if anyone else has found this to be true.

I don't know about the eating, but several sure can drink! ;)
