I can't find yesterday's workouts on beyondthewhiteboard.com ..it has said rest day for two days. Am I doing something wrong? I tried to add the workout myself but it won't let me. Would someone please enlighten me?
Good WOD. I did 135# due to past hand injury, but I think I figured out how to not make it painful to front squat. 8:13 and almost visited pukie at 25. Had to walk around not give up the breakfast.
Great job 6pm-ers! It is so nice to be able to use the outdoor space again. I hope to see you all Thurs night for some running, eating, and drinking :)
Big props to Ryan for doing 155 throughout (Buzzard, Scott, and Castillo too). But I saw Ryan do it and his first one looked hard! I think he finished around 9:16. Not bad considering that is within about 10 of his body weight. As rx'd for me in 4:46.
WOD as rx'd:9:13 and crushed. Squat cleans were A2G and I felt it. BW 160-165. Great job to everyone at the 430, a lot of people stepping it up and using the heavier weight.
There have been lots of people going heavy lately, try and inspire the guy or girl next to you to add a couple pounds to the bar if they're scaling. Let's use the power of our community to get people to that next level.

Not my best showing, but finished rxd at 15:45..I think.
Clean and Jerk:
Worked up to 130
DE presses at 65
Then 3 rounds of 15 pullups and 10 box jumps: 3:32
Went to Airrosti this morning and hip feel so much better and it really does feel weird to not have knots in my back. Love it.
All jacked up on this one...front squatting like a cricket...used 115#...got to get the elbows up...uesed too much time to contemplate.

wow 155#...I saw that bring down some pretty tough guys at the southwest regional qualifier

115# @12:32. The low end on my squats is getting stronger. The beyondwhiteboard site is missing some work outs.
Good job to all those who did rx'd weight and to those who challenged themselves. As rx'd for me in 4:46.
