Saturday WOD


Join Scott at GSX's Hells Half Acre for a vigorous workout! Scott and other dedicated members pulled together to get the New Year started right. This is not a formal GSX class so show up early, get warmed up and join the fun. Hope to see you there!!

Just show up and workout! Not a structured class, no coaches or instruction, and the workout is up to you guys! I think scott has one planned out though.

No coaches or anything formal. Rob and a couple of us were going to get together 10am at the outdoor area.

We were thinking of 5 rounds

400m run
21 ctb pull ups
400m run
21 push ups
400m run
21 box jumps
400m run
21 squats
400m run
21 burpees

On your own for warm up.

Haha! Scott, that better not be 5 Rounds! We'd be running over six miles and I do believe it would take a loooong time!

Wow, 6+ miles and 100+ of everything else??? This should be a named wod. Maybe, Robott (a little Hollywood merger ala "Bradalina"). Sounds like a tough way to start the day.

Pretty sure this is meant to be one round guys. Straight through. I think he was saying 400m run/ movement as one round.

Funny!!! Meant each round was a run + 21 rep movement.

Great turnout this morning...about 10 or so braved the cold weather with Candice and Heath leading the pack. Great job from everyone.

Thanks Buzzard for the motivation and timing us.
