board short Friday was on! But only Roberto, Patrick, Bob and I tackled the 6 am workout. Where were the ladies?

Worked my way up to the following final lifts...OHS 185# PR, FS 215, BS 275.

Today was good....

Pr* OHS 145lbs
Pr* FS 185lbs
Got 195lbs on BS, but this is ten pounds less than my PR...def was tired in the legs.

Stayed after to do a 1RM DL I have been itching to do for awhile.
Pr* 320lbs

Thanks to Griff and Alexis for staying for that last DL...I def needed some motivation! :) Now...off to the doctor, I go.

The sectionals WOD's look pretty cake. I'm hoping Steven is right that the second WOD is a DL/Burpee combo cuz I will F'n CRUSH it! (haha, that's me trying to stay positive this week cuz I am sooo nervous!) Any feedback from anyone else who has seen them???

P.S. the olylift cert is awesome so far...i highly recommend it.

did wod 1 yesterday. wod 3 today. i'll let you know. the c&j and pull ups make rowing pretty tough.

you will crush these but i wish they were a little heavier for you to get some separation from others.

Alaina and I were in Dallas this weekend for a wedding. Made the Dallas Central box for a Saturday workout. Neat facility and VERY nice folks. The group finishing up when we walked in appeared to be their alpha team. One of the trainers introduced himself and asked us where we where from. Ooo! GSX!? follow by several questions that didn't really count considering my lack of crossfit skill. A couple more came over and introduce themselves and explained that the group finishing up were training for the sectionals. We watched the group some more, I didn't have the heart to tell them that they were going to have something new to deal with at the sectionals... Candice.

Had a great workout though and their warm up was pretty interesting. Defiantly one I would go back to.

Would you recommend that I try WOD 1 early this week? I am planning to train mon, tues, wed...then take thurs and fri off just to relax and stretch out really good. That's the one I'm a little worried about (WOD 1, I mean).
