Very challenging workout for me, as the OHS just weren't flowing today. Ugly at 95lbs after not practicing for a while. 14 minutes, with a lot of wasted time in there.

I would love to say that I beat Raif today, but he kept taking that belt on and off and that chewed up a lot of time. He finished just after me, so minus the belt issues, again he smoked me. Great job today Raif.
