Great WOD! I think that my time was around 13 something and I dont know if I did 6 or 7 rounds, either way, it was fun. Newley really kicked my burro with this one. Burpees are getting better, clean and jerks, still killing me. All of this on top of forgetting my breakfast in the fridge! I dont know if my lunch will survive until noon.
I do have fruit, almond butter, almonds and macadamia nuts, and some zone bars. I am trying to pace myself so that I can make it with out my stomach eating my spine.
did workout with 135 and clocked in at 6:27. was really happy with this one cause i've wondered how I would hold up on "Grace". throwing in 42 burpees is a great way to overtrain for it
the best thing about a race is the recovery time! I'm taking it easy for a few days and should (stress should) be back on wednesday. Short race report? 22 hours of trekking, catching goats, paddling, tyrolean traversing, mountain biking and cold, sleepless suffering.
Damn Raif!!! Awesome time! I think that Newleys was around 8 or something. When I got to work I watched a couple of Grace videos, Newley was doing it "right" but not dropping the bar everytime like I did. I think that cost a lot of time right there.
Sounds like a great time Chuck! You chased goats though? LOL.
