Box jumps and burpees...no bueno, they both kill my gas tank. I need to work on them though so it is good to see them. Awesome job Scott, hope I can keep up.

Ugh- burpees. Better you guys than me!!

Zone Diet Snack tidbit: If you take your cheese and nuts and put them in your mouth at the same time, concentrate really hard, and play "Fiesta!" music in the background...it STILL doesn't taste like a nacho.

Every Village has one. I know I know.

Thanks Jason. Burpees at the end of any wod is not pleasant.

Are there any guys from GSX thinking about trying out at the 2009 Games SW Regional this year?

WOD 9:19

Burpees are getting better, not good yet but getting better. Used 2 pood for the KB swings and stacked 2 tires for the jumps (15).

Finished 9:49...absolutely killed my quads and hamstrings with squats, lunges, and burpees. The tire jumps were greatness with 2 tires.
