Tough work out today. 135# push press. Between the Push Press and Ring Dips by the last 2 rounds of burpees it looked like I was doing the worm. Shoulders and arms were smoked. Time was 20 or 21 something I think. Everyone kicked my ass this morning, great job!
Great job to everyone at the 0830 class. Thanks to Josh and or Mike D. for constructing another killer workout, and for dropping it to 4 rounds. Time 18:44 with 135lbs. By round 2 my push presses were borderline push jerks.
Just going to show up and modify as needed until shoulder heals.
67 and the push press actually felt ok...the burpees however didn't feel so good, used big fat green band for dips (giggling at Rho- that green band would shoot yer butt up into the ceiling. I got 50 lbs on you gurl! I can sink that green sucka)
WOW...Thought I was a billy and racked up 135# to match Buzzard and Griffin but it damn near finished me. 26:21 and I can't lift my arms above my head.
I'll be in Monday, Tue, Wed to make up for Friday.
Tough, tough workout. I got there and was debating on if I should go for the 135#. I decided to drop down to 115 to be safe. When I started the second round I was glad that I did. I instantly thought of Chuck who was over on the other side of the room battling with the 135#.
Finished in just under 17 min. I heard the original workout was 5 rounds. That would have been interesting. I might have missed dinner working on that 5th round.
ALI!!!! After thinking about it I realized I grabbed the 35 bar instead of the 45 for warm up to see if shoulder would allow any weight at all. So I lied!! I was at 57.

I'm going to try to get to the 4:30 or 6 pm class. Thanks for setting the bar high at 135# buzzard! Sounds like this one may hurt a bit.

Not strong enough for the 135 so did 115# push press...19:44. Burpee form on the last round was lookin rough.

Awesome work with muscleing through with the 135# Chuck. Thanks for keeping time on the Clean and Jerks. See everybody at 0600!
Ouch! That was really hard (even with really scaled down weight). Mo you put me to shame getting 67# up with a trick shoulder.
