Really working that gas tank this morning. 16:11, 3 rope climbs inside in lieu of one outside, all from the seated position with no use of legs or feet. Brandon and Chuck killed this one, I just couldnt keep up.
Bathroom demo makes one tired - no - not that kind of bathroom demo...the literal kind. My toilet weighed more than my bathtub - in case you were wondering. And lazy people sheetrock on top of old tile and then add tile...If I wanted to go digging for hidden treasure it wouldn't be in my bathroom. No, you cannot have those 30 seconds of your life back sucker.
Don't let Buzz fool ya. He did about an extra rope worth of climbing by coming off the ground. Nice work brutha!
And do not be fooled by those 10 burpees. When you finally get to them they feel like the last 10 burpees of 100! Buzz is right on...this works the gas tank big time!
I "enjoyed" this one. I think the run outside to do the rope climb added a little variety to it with the indoors/outdoors combo. That being said I started to get a little nervous when I got to the top of the rope. It is one thing to have muscle failure on a burpee, but a little different when you are chillin 20 ft. in the air. The wallballs absolutely kicked my butt and my row started to turn into more of a paddleboat movement. Great start to the week.

Rope climb and L pull ups were a very tough addition.

Tough wod to start the week and it was good to have Charlie back this week.
As rx'd 17:19. Went outside to do the rope climb, but only made it half way up...so did it twice.
Impressive Buzzard on the 3 rope climbs from the sitting position. Great job!
