This can get really bad really fast I'm guessing.

Are there extra points for whoever does the most burpees?

Quite possibly one of the toughest I've ever done! If you can't get in today make sure you try this one on your own sometime...this is Crossfit!

Loaded up 95# and made it through 4 rounds without any burpees but then the forearms started to go and ended up doing 40 burpees during the last 4 rounds. Done in 22:41 and I mean done! Probably a little too much rest between rounds and too many burpees!

Brandon finished strong and edged me out but Patrick blew it up in 15:?? without one burpee!

Careful on the rest between rounds. Rest too long and your time will suffer, rest too short and you will suffer!

Great seeing Mike this AM and we all got to thank him for a well thought out sufferfest.

Nice job to the ladies this AM too!

Great job from 8:30..Griffin and Kristy knocked this one out.

19:21 at 95# and forearms are smoked. Maximized rest times between sets is the only reason no burpees....thanks for the advice Chuck.

so is the burpee penalty if you break during the 8 reps or can break between the movements? or can you break at all during the 8 rounds?

Hey Steven, I don't know. Just completed 31 rounds of Cindy and may be in bed the rest of the day/week/month. Today has been good, but Thursday?!?! All I can say is "Silverback"...

Ken, penalty is if you drop the bar or break up the round by stopping. Resting in the rack is fine. It's been a smoker for the lads so far.

Standards seem to be settling in at 95lbs for the lads (balance of time/weight/effort) and 65lbs, set by Kristy, for the femailians.

don't get me wrong 95 was enough I was hammered afterward. That saidTm 105-115 could be done with a good hook grip and a couple of burpees. Goodluck. Maybe I will try it next week.

Nice workout, no burpees but 87 lbs. in 14 flat...everyone did a great job...Buzz way to hang in there and finish with all the burpees

Had to do 105# because of Buzzard....thanks dude.... Anyway, 13:29. Great workout! One of my favorites so far, so tough!! Had to do one set of burpees on each of my last three rounds, sooooo 24 burpees. Yay burpees!!
