95 - squats got beddy challenging...think I did 7-8 rounds...I can't count derrr

Glad you are ok Mikey D! Since I am out in it all day every Sat I drink a min of a gallon of water. Dehydration is sneaky yo. :)

I would have loved to make back today but am going to need a bit more rest. Austin, the Guadalupe, and Greune Hall and a 9 hour drive home makes one very tired.

This was a good WOD after a weekend of celebration, beer drinking and BBQ. I managed 9 complete rounds as Rx'd. Almost puked around round 7...maybe to much celebration this weekend.

This one was pretty tough. It was good to have Raif join the class. I really dont remember how many rounds I got, I just know it hurt.

not sure how many rounds either but sure did have wobbly legs after. real close to puking from about 12 min mark on. would have done front squats today anyway so this was perfect.
thanks jas, it was fun to do a class with you guys~ minus the pukey feeling.
