This was my first time with "filthy fifty", this one is a killer! Finished in 24:28, behind Travis who put up a 22min time!! I think the burpees did me in, but then again, they always do. Enjoy...

Started with back ext and got thru kb...had to go to work.
Travis and Brandon, those are damn good times!!! The last time I did this one it was around 24 minutes, hoping to do a little better today.
Just read that there will be 5 WODs at the CF games this weekend on the first day. Crazy. There will be some sore CFers after this weekend.

Wow Jared, great time!! First time as rx'd (never did ghd's). Had to go out of order due to equipment limits, which had me going from wall balls to push press to burpees. Ugly. 24:26, would have made the board but Shawn edged me out. Aghhh.
Tried power cleans after and blanked on form. Figured it out on my drive home, been going from ground to overhead for time in wods with lighter weight. Got sloppy but lighter weight allowed me to get it up. That wasn't working tonight. Finally felt good on form at end of night but still trying to hang with Mo and Kristy at 105#. Next time...
Trying anything after Filthy Fifty = Danger Zone. If I try to do more than sit or breathe...
