First time I did Fran was back in May my second week of CF and it took me 10:15 with using a blue band for the pullups. Today 5:16 as rx'd Congrats to Travis, Buzzard, & Ryan all under 5 mins
This was actually my first Fran. I just happened to miss it the last few go rounds. Glad I got it done so I have a baseline now.
Both Buzz and Ransom went sub 5 on it today. I am not sure what kind of times were put up by the 6pm class but it seems like everyone at the 430 class really rocked it.
It seems like we are really starting to have some solid turnouts at all the classes. Lots of new faces that I haven't had the chance to meet yet. Great to be back at the afternoon class today.
I gotta lose about 1/2" around my gut in the next two weeks to max out my Air Force Fitness Test so let's crank it up this week. All you other military guys already have scrawny waists so let's have some sympathy for the Air Force guy and help him out. We can't help it if our chow halls are nicer than the rest of the services.
I have been out for 4 weeks with at lot of things going on. This was my first WOD back and my first Fran. My time was 9:42 and I almost puked on the set of 15. Good to be back and this will time will definitely get better next time. Love the stretches post WOD and the great warm up.

Fran in 5:57. Pullups were terrible but my last (and only)Fran was 8:25. I'll take it.

Last Fran (12/2008) 6:39, new PR 4:28. Still room for improvement but I am happy with the improvement.

7:34 w/ 65#. I think Fran is one of my favorite WOD's - contains nothing that I suck at.
