I worked out with the 6am crew today and really enojoyed it. It seems like no matter what time I come we have great trainers (Chris, Chuck, Ken, Kristy, Mike D) and a great bunch of guys and gals to work out with.
I ended up maxing out my 3x3 at 155# which was my one rep max a few months ago.I am curious about what my new 1 rep max will be.
Burpees were annoying as usual, while Med Ball Cleans reminded me that I was sore from DL's yesterday. Double Unders weren't bad now that I can finally string together more than two.
Chased Buzzard the whole time! (He had an edge on me cuz he had his handy dandy Buddy Lee Jump rope. ;)...haha) 7 Rounds with an 18# med ball. The legs are jello! Thanks for motivating me Castillo!
This one was kind of sneaky. 10 minutes doesn't sound like much but it feels like 20 by the time you're done. I think I got 11 rounds plus everything except the last 10 double unders. And I apologize for breaking the blue jump rope. It was the last of it's kind and I will miss it dearly.

6 rounds + 5 burpees + 7 mbc's (20#).
