I think we did this workout not too long ago (or a similiar workout). I remeber this workout being a good one. Running and deadlifting is always a treat.
first i would say that trainers are dq'ed from this cxfitter of the year thing. kinda cheesy to give out awards to the staff.
second, thanks for all the thumbs up to the trainers. i think our different backgrounds help in the overall programming. we spend a lot of time and effort trying to come up with the most effective way to spend your hour in class. if we're overdoing it or not challenging you enough let us know.
as for my votes i'd go with candice for the womens and travis ransom for the dudes. they bring a high level of intensity to every workout and a huge desire to improve. to me, that's crossfit - intensity and a desire to improve.
Hahahaha, u got me on the OH lunge WOD, Ryan. I was talking to Chris and was busting up when he told me u were joking cuz we were talking about ur shoulder flexibility with OHS's...funny! (mine still suck too!!) Awesome job on the WOD. I was hoping this one would be my first Rx'd with MU...but ur right, sometimes I go a lil' overboard with training.
Candice - It's not neccesarily a bad thing at least you know your pushing yourself and you find your limits. But it does suck I've been there before too.

did descending cleans and push ups today. starting at 10 cleans/20 push ups down to 1 clean/2 push ups. 13:47. used 65#. should have used 75# I think.

Wwnt in early today to try to get my muscle up back...didn't happen.

Check your old time and weight. The last time we did this one was August 24th.
