this one looks good on the whiteboard but starts to hurt quick. 164 total reps and nearly finished pukie.

Chuck B talked me into tabata sit ups with the 40lb weight vest after the WOD. That was tough and it had to be funny to watch as I couldn't quite finish a few.

This one looks harmless but really sucks. The pull ups are not too bad because only 30 seconds. The push ups get you fatigued and the "sprint" eventually turns into a "just keep moving" trudge. All in all it was a beating but a great way to start the day.

Chuck remind me to not try the weight vest Tabata situps like you did this morning. Looked brutal.

I concur with Chuck and Brennan about the deceptive nature of this WOD. 38 pull-ups (low because I did CTB on the rotating bar) and 148 push-ups. Finished up with my HSPU's afterward. Thanks for the encouragement 0830 gang.

I am in absolute shock...I ran into Robert at school today (oh, u know us youngsters are so eager to learn) and come to find out, there is a lifting platform and set of bumper plates here! I am ecstatic! Thank the Lord!

Nice job 8:30 class! Way to go Steve on your HSPU! Ok, so on the suicide sprints, do we count how many cones we made it to or how many whole distances we completed? Cuz I did 8 cones for three rounds and 7 on one, but only got 2 complete distances in each time....kinda make sense??? Hard to put into words... :-/

I had 146 reps.

Jessica I counted the sprint only if I completed it. The first round I did 3 then the next 3 rounds I missed 3 by not getting the last cone so I only counted that as as 2 reps. I think this is how Chuck counted also. Not sure if this is correct.

count your cones touched or cleared. fence counts as a cone. thus, 4 cones per round.

Did the wod today: 193 reps with my feet on 2 45lb plates during the push ups and did burpees during the pull ups in the last round due to ripping. This one def sucked the big one.

I counted each cone as a rep so 2.6 in some rounds but I think I miscounted my reps all together.
