8 rounds, each of the following exercises

Squats
Sit-Ups
Kettlebell Swings
Box Jumps
Push-Ups

Perform 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds of EACH exercise. Complete 8 rounds of each exercise before moving to the next event.
