WTF....awesome work out!!! I was hoping for 4 rounds but didn't quite get it. WOD 16kg KB45lb bar for overhead lunges. 3 rounds and 20 box jumps.

I agree with Jason...great wod. Finished 3 rnds with 16kg KB and weighted pvc on lunges....and started box jumps in the 4th. I thought for sure would get 4 or 5 rnds in....not quite.
Really glad you guys liked this one, more to come. We're going the work the whole athlete. Not just strength, not just the gas tank.
