Ehh I really still love you Scott. I liked it because it was so tough and I felt pukey when we finished too Byron. 85lb and 16k for me by the way. Sure helps when I jerk my dumbarse under the bar instead of push pressing it.
Me again! Tuck I felt the same way about Atlas Shrugged and actually I just put the sucker down. I never did pick it back up. I am a wimp!!! Grapes of Wrath is on that same list for me. I'll let the smart people read the "classics".
Mo - Heavy on the weight, looks good. I was debating between 75# and 85#, but now I think I'll step it up and try to hang with you at 85#. Thanks for the push, I think... Hoping for continued cloud coverage at 6pm!
Scott, congratulations on your award winning wod. I was thinking I could step up and handle this...didn't happen. My mind knows what is supposed to happen on the clean and jerk, but the body is screwed up. I was donkey kicking out there... Bad grip, bad elbows, not enough explosion, crap, crap, crap. Did this in 20 mins and change with 115lbs, and 16Kg KB. The good news, did 20 secs better on my 5K last night, 2nd place at 23:05 for 45-49.-Bob
OMFG! That was so hard. As soon as I realized squat cleans, I wimped out and went 75#, 16KG. Good thing I did considering 3 reps into round 2 I began to cry and told Josh I didn't want to go anymore (a Crossfit 1st for me). Thanks to Josh and Jared's, more than gentle push (which in the end I really appreciated), I finished it up. UGLY. 13:43 minutes of hell. 85# will have to wait.

Don't know who Scott is, but he is high on my hate list right now. Almost blew chunks on the way home......sweet.
Byron
Sorry Mo....not quite as easy as I envisioned.
15:35 at 135# and 1.5pood.

Scott that WOD was terrible! It crushed me! Took me over an hour to feel normal again. 13 minutes and some change. Raif killed it today!
Raif killed it @ 7:20
Took me 11:12!
Fun workout!!
11:15 rx. This WOD was no joke. Looking forward to tomorrow. Good job Ali fighting through this one.
Awesome times from all in the afternoon! Not sure if there is a wod out there that can slow Raif down :)
I think that Raif and Ali should be the official god and goddess of crossfit!!
