Happy to finish in 20:41. I was worried about the thrusters but got through the first round without a pause. Second round of burpees Josh asked me if I was having a bad day. I thought, no this is me kicking butt. Another day of functional movements at high intensity. Back on Friday. -Bob
So excited! Just bought a pair of 10# bumpers from Rogue Fitness. Called and they assured me that they won't bend when I throw the weight down (my favorite part). Also bought a pair of 1.25# plates for press work. Can't wait for them to come in, hope all the ladies enjoy them too! Looking forward to the wod today; looks tough...
Did this WOD at work today. Did 95# thrusters and subbed 2x20# dumbells for Wallballs. Finished in 26:38 didn't think I was going to make it struggled at the end and did single skips instead of DU's. Looking forward to Friday and Satuday.
