Vanessa,Weight is 185lbs for women, 20 meter bear crawls. (From platform to mat inside the gym... there and back). It's a fun one!
Great job Candice. Tried hard to beat your time and I thought I had until I heard 6:11. Hard to bear crawl in a belt.
