Dreading this one already...

Hammy's and back are gonna be crushed during the run's! Anyone who comes to watch, cringe, and thank gosh they chose NOT to do the WOD, make sure you laugh and point finger's at me the whole way so I am constantly reminded of how dumb I am for doing this to myself on a constant basis. I def have a love/hate relationship with CrossFit.
