Strength is found by thinking about the feeling that I get as my hand approaches the sweat dripping off of the glass of a very large ice cold beer. AHHH! This works well when you leave a cooler in your car on the OTHER side of the Grand Canyon and hike towards it.
I think that strength is found during a heavy lift, an exhausting run, after a traumatic experience in ones life, or anything similar where your body (or in some cases, your mind) will tell you there is nothing left, yet you are able to force yourself through it using desire found in your "heart." Strength is found during moments of intense pain and extreme discomfort where you are still able to persevere even when everything tells you to quit... when you want something so bad that you are willing to do whatever it takes to overcome the obstacles that are found along its path.
I am, finally and thankfully, learning to find strength through my family and friends. Finally old enough to appreciate what I've got and how f*@!ing lucky I am.

Strength comes from eating lots of bacon.
I hope.
If not bacon it probably comes from my Mom. Chuck Norris is even scared of my Mama.
Mo,
That is impossible!
