my back completely locked up on the run after the 2 pood KB swings...the burpees actually loosened it up where I could run the rest of the 400's, but it was brutal

Hm... But not so brutal that you couldn't throw in a snatch or two with the 11:30 class :-) great job!

Sucks though b/c at 105, I felt like I could easily throw 120 overhead...just couldn't stand up with it due to my shoulders.

GHD's felt good...almost fully recovered with the exception of some weakness.
