First WOD in a week and a half. ROUGH! I was able to get a PR on JT. Only by 2 sec. I met Dustin today, if you havn't you need to.Good guy. Will be a great addition to any class.

ouch to the shoulders! last time scaled with 1 abmat for hspu for round 21, then 2 abmats for 15 and 9 and blue band for ring dips. time 13:26. this time scaled the same way with abmat and blue band. time 10:42!! crossfit works! Next to work on less scaling...
