I think that is right. Lifting shoes definately make a HUGE difference and I will be purchasing a pair as soon as I can. Went to jump up on the pull up bar after class and my legs gave me the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! I will be feeling this for a couple days, thanks GSX!

Me and Wes forgot that Jim swapped the 35's out for 45's and yo...that made for a difficult last set. It was funny afterwards.

Wes (doesn't blog) and I must report that he did make sure to stay at least 10lbs heavier than me to keep his ego intact. Dat boy makes me laugh and smile so much my cheeks got a workout.

Nobody has asked, and maybe everybody knows except me. Is there going to be a time to eat tomorrow? I know that my burro is going to be starving after class and my stomach may eat my spine if I wait until after 4 to eat.
