The double unders were beyond me today. Did 75 skips instead. Not that great of time pretty beat from yesterday....thanks to Jason. We busted out another workout while at work, 21, 15, 9 of tire flips, ring dips and pull-ups.

Practice has been paying off. 2 pood KB, 7:09. Doing 100-200 DU's a day sure does help.

While Million Dollar Baby didnt help the Rocky theme did, thanks Mo.
