WOD as rx'd 10 something I think. I learned a different way to do burpees yesterday, which many of you more than likely already know. It didnt make them easy, but they were at least more efficient.

did it in 8:57 but it was more like knees to arm pits. bulging d in my back really starts to hurt when I get my knees up around my elbows(thats what she said).
