squats with 197# and press at 115#, 125# & 125# but only got 4 reps on that last set.

MIke...thanks for the great instruction at the 8:30. I know I did more weight on my presses because of it..funny how better form = more weight!

Presses, 115,135,157 (strict form but needed a little push on the last 3 of last set) Good way to end the week with a weight day
