135, 185, 205, 225, 235. Kinda frustrated because it wasn't that hard I just suck at the technique. Someday I'll get it down. Probably could've gone heavier, just things I suck at annoy the crap out of me.
Yesterday after 10 days off, I wasn't really looking forward to getting back into the gym. Being pain free for 10 days was sorta nice. Then I got the post WOD buzz last night (especially after the deadlifts), and the addiction came back. Now I see Cleans and I wish today was my day to workout...
bad news is my hip is still bad. good news is my upper body is getting a lot of work. did 5 reps with 275 on bench press which was my goal. then did one rep max of 315. did a bajillion pullups and handstand push ups also.

Spent time working on form...thanks Josh for all of your help and patience. Started with 135 and ended on 205.
Worked on bench after class. 5x5 185, 195, 205, 205, 205. Thanks Carly for helping with the form!
Today is generally a technique day for me, and lucky me I suck at cleans. It is always good to work on weakness, thanks for all the help today Josh.
