Had a time of 14:53 as RX'd. I wanted to quit after the second 100yd sprint. Seeing Buzzard knocking them out kept me going. Over all one hell of a WOD.
WOW did this one wreck me!!! Not as good as I was hoping to do, 14:03. 135# got really damn heavy really damn fast! Had to sit around for about 20 minutes after to just get right enough to drive. Great job eveyone who did this one as RX'd today! Ken C...you are a f**kn beast!!

BTW...the ladies knocked this one out! They may need to start adding some weight because they are looking strong!

14:02 this morning at 135lbs. I think a longer run would have actually made this workout easier.

135lb. thrusters. 8:40. maybe should have pushed a little less on the first 20 and broken them up a bit more. good workout.

14.20 +/- @ 135#....all I remember was picking the weight up the first time and thinking How Many? 20? Went to doing 2-3 at a time at the end...

I think I'm ready to bump up towards rx'd weights soon. It may take forever but it'll be worth it.
