I started to list a number of things I dread but when I stopped and thought about it all my fears are related. I fear failure and disappointing myself and others more than anything else. That can be a good or a bad thing I suppose. I think I've seen both sides of that coin.
My deepest darkest fear is dragonflies. I am terrified of dragonflies! I have nightmares so scary that I wake myself up, sweating, because I was so scared. And no matter what anyone tells me I know they will attach me! I get alittle freaked out just thinking about them.
Fun 6:00 class, can't wait to see how the 8:30 goes.
Remember that if you do scale, scale only to the point where you can complete the movements correctly and safely. Some people are about to get promoted in weight and demoted from assistance and scaling. This should never be easy. Don't create crutches!
Haha! Guess I over thought this one. :-) well, I also have this ridiculous fear of really high bridges. There's one in southern Louisiana that nearly gives me a panic attack everytime I think about going over it. Emily, I have nightmares about my fear too. Eek!
I have claustrophobia, not necessarily a fear of tight spaces but more a fear of getting trapped and not being able to breathe. Caves freak me out, I don't like things over my head or face. I even freaked out scuba diving once because the water was all murky and I felt like I couldn't get enough air. I'm really thankful I don't have asthma! I would be in a constant state of panic and probably overdose on my inhalers.
Also, public speaking terrifies me, but that's a whole other issue!
I fear having something left in the tank when I compete at anything, I fear not properly preparing my two daughters for this crazy world we live in, I fear losing when I know I can and should win and I fear the Loveshack ever closing!
I have an unreasonable fear of roaches. No, Mike...not that kind. I grew up in Alabama and no matter how many times you call the pest guy, you're ALWAYS going to find at least one on the wall when you get up in the middle of the night to hit the bathroom. ughhggh
I fear getting taken hostage with a cold because you know the bad guys aren't just gonna say "Ok let's not gag this one. He's a little stuffy and can only breath through his mouth."
Oh yeah, and people who crash into a Luby's and just start shooting everyone.
Any one remember the cinder block initiation for the Fraternity in "Old School"? Don't rembember if that was a private school, but that's the part I fear losing.

Tornados, finding my dog or cat half squished under my car tire and black birds like crows & grackles totally freak me out.
